Discounted Lift Tickets!
Discounted lift tickets are available from March 26 through April 8, 2012.
Adult lift ticket is $50, Teens $40, Children $35, Senior $40.
Deposits and Final Payment
We require a deposit of 50% of total lodging in form of personal check within 10 days of reservation in order to confirm the reservation and avoid automatic cancellation. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Method of Payment
We accept personal checks on US accounts, travellers checks, money orders, or cash. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Please advise us of any early (before 4:00 pm) or late arrival (after 6:00 pm), to make special arrangements.
Cancellations
Deposits will be returned if written cancellation is postmarked at least 45 days prior to confirmed arrival date. If cancelled less than 45 days prior, deposit is not refundable. No adjustments will be made in case of delayed arrivals or early departures. We highly recommend travel insurance, such as Travel Guard Insurance 1.800.826.1300.
Meal Plans
Available at the Hotel St. Bernard, where Jean Mayer will be your host for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner or Dinners only. All meal plans by advance reservation.
Pets
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
For your health and comfort, the entire Chalet is non-smoking.
